Challenge

Matching users to the right partner across a wide variety of verticals is a volume game with a compliance edge. Every vertical needs its own hooks, avatars, offers and proof. Creative fatigues fast in competitive auctions, and a video that works for pet insurance says nothing to a HELOC borrower. "comparison publishing" replaced Producing that variety through creators and editors means days of turnaround per video and a cost that scales linearly with volume. With so many verticals live, creative capacity, not media budget, was the constraint on how many experiments the team could run.

Solution

Top10US is Schemathics' consumer acquisition network. It acquires users primarily around high value financial, insurance and home-service decisions, understands their intent through proprietary funnels, and dynamically matches them with the most appropriate monetization partner. Schemathics is a 50-person company based in Tel Aviv. Creative production for all of Top10US's verticals is led by Nitzan, Head of Creative. Media buying stays in-house as well.

After the click

Notch feeds the top of the funnel. What happens after the click is handled by Schemathics' own product, which is why the two sit naturally together in this study: unlimited creative in, and every click landing on the page most likely to convert.

How the numbers were scoped

Counts are finished videos downloaded from the Notch workspace by the top10us.com seat, by month, from Notch's product analytics. Downloads slightly exceed billed videos because of re-downloads, so "400+ a month" is the conservative reading. Hours saved are Top10US's own estimate of its previous production path. No ad-performance data is included; Top10US runs media in its own systems.

“For a performance marketing company, creative capacity has always been the real ceiling - not media budget. Notch removed that ceiling. Our team now goes from an idea to a batch of finished video variations in a single session, across every vertical we run. More experiments, faster learning and, ultimately, better performance."
